Low-fat diets are at least as popular as low-cal programs are. In part 4, we’re going to look at how confusing the healthy fats you should consume with the unhealthy fat you should eliminate leads to a reduction in the body fat you can burn. Confused? You won’t be!

 

In part 5, we’re going to look at fat loss versus weight loss, and the importance of overall “body composition”. Hopefully, when people say they want to lose weight they mean “lose fat”, and not muscle or water. This clip will help you focus your efforts in the right direction.
