If you’re looking for a healthy approach to fat loss, starving yourself on rice cakes and celery is not it. If you need new challenges to get out of a training rut, exercise “complexes” can kickstart your muscle growth, shed some pounds and shred those abs! So let’s take a look at these routines.

High angle detail view of a Thanksgiving dinner

I’d like to introduce you to a fascinating diet and nutrition book called Cheat Your Way Thin that will be a great benefit to you if you’re looking for a diet-based weight loss plan that can actually work. It isn’t a bodybuilding-focused plan, just a healthy eating guide.

Its author explains why dieting doesn’t work for most people and, of course, he explains how to get around the shortcomings of typical diets. It’s his approach to ‘cheating’ on a diet – keeping your body from going into starvation mode, as many diets trigger this – that makes the book noteworthy, and makes the plan successful.

I think you’ll find this book to be very interesting and it just may be the health and nutrition guide you’ve been looking for. Just remember, changes in your diet will always need to be complimented by the right training, and this is no exception. This is not an excuse to skip your workouts!
