Change your mindset and you will change your body! With the right mindset, you can see more progress from your strength training efforts in 12 weeks than other guys will realize in 12 years!

Let’s be honest. Everybody wants to improve the way they look. I don’t know of too many people that don’t want to build muscle faster or lose fat in a hurry. It’s just human nature. You want to appeal to the opposite sex and command respect from your peers. Personally, I am obsessed with performance gains and train for strength and function first and foremost, but even I would be lying if I said I didn’t want to look better. We all do.

To support your efforts to define your 6 pack abs and build lean muscle, your post-workout meal may be the most important meal of the day! Male weight-lifter executing clean and jerk lift

As you may already know, the squat is one of the most effective exercises for anyone hoping to lose fat and gain muscle, and rip up those 6 pack abs. You use more of your body’s muscle groups to lift a load this way than during almost any other weight lifting exercises you’ll perform.

Squats use hundreds of muscles throughout your body to lift and lower the load, and to keep your body stable. These multi muscle workouts build more lean mass, create a greater metabolic boost and generate more significant hormonal responses than any other exercises. No matter what your training goals are, the simple squat – in 3 variations – is the ultimate solution.

If you’re skeptical, feel free to join the throng pumping away for hours on boring cardio equipment, hoping to drop a few pounds!
